1. Return & Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Digital or downloadable products (if any)
3. Refund Process
- Initiate a return by contacting us at support@smartbuyz.xyz with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
