At SmartBuyz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In their original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Digital or downloadable products (if any)

3. Refund Process

  1. Initiate a return by contacting us at support@smartbuyz.xyz with your order number and reason.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
